Want Clemson Ice Cream without the drive? You can now have it delivered to your door anywhere in the U.S. The ’55 Exchange, a student-run business on Clemson University’s campus where Clemson Ice Cream and other dairy products are sold is trying to make up for losses it incurred from being shut down due to COVID-19. During the spring semester, students who run the ’55 Exchange set up an online ordering system and they’ll now send it to addresses across the country.
Orders can be placed on the Clemson website. Their September delivery is the Wild Tiger Football Tailgate Party Box and will arrive just in time for opening day. It’s a 6-pack of pints that includes 2 pints of Orange Passion, 2 pints of Purple Passion (Wild Tiger Indonesian vanilla ice cream with a purple raspberry swirl), 1 pint of Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip and 1 pint of Double Cookies and Cream. All ice cream is handcrafted by college students using the original Clemson recipe.
