Shrimp & Grits Festival

Location: Joeseph P. Riley Park, 360 Fishburne Street, Charleston
Cost: Advanced General Admission $20, Day-of General Admission $25, VIP Tickets also available and include complimentary beer, wine and oysters. 

Visit the Riverdogs ballpark for an afternoon of Shrimp & Grits and live music! Different variations of the Lowcountry’s most famous dish will be served up by some of Charleston’s best restaurants. There will also be a cash bar, kids zone and vendor village.

7th Annual Rockabillaque

Enjoy an action-packed day of classic cars, vintage bikes, live music, pin-ups, tattoos, cocktails, brews, contests, block party and more! The Rockabillaque is the biggest event of its kind in the Carolinas!

Holiday Elfstravaganza

Fun, family-friendly event featuring the hottest toys from 20 of the nation’s top toy vendors. Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, live music, games, crafts, face painting, food and more! This event benefits local charities: Hugs for Harper, Beyond BASIC and The Lonon Foundation. Every child receives a free toy from Crazy Aaron’s Puttyworld.

Boots, Bottles and Blessings Festival

Date: Saturday, Nov. 9
Time: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Location: Deep Water Vineyard and Firefly Distillery, 6775 Bears Bluff Rd., Wadmalaw Island
Cost: $5 per car in advance, $10 per car day of at the gate

Bring the entire family (including your pups) for a celebration of the end of the harvest season. Live music from Nashville recording artist and American Idol contestant, Carly Moffa as well as Charleston’s own reggae band, Well Charged. Grab lunch from some of the area’s best food trucks, enjoy the blessing of the vines and wear your best boots for a chance at a $100 gift card from Shoes on King. Kids can enjoy seeing the animals, swinging and swurfing, slushies and a jump castle.

Red, White and Blue Fall Festival

Date: Saturday, Nov. 9
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Location: Hanahan Amphitheater, 3100 Mabeline Rd., Hanahan

Great fun for the whole family! Join in to help celebrate and honor our nation’s veterans. There will be jump castles, kids games, military displays, face painting, balloon artists and food and craft vendors from all over the Lowcountry. Two stages will provide live music and magicians all day long.

20th Annual Old Village Harbor 5K Run

Date: Saturday, Nov. 9
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Location: 131 Middle Street, Mount Pleasant

The only 5k road race in Mount Pleasant’s Old Village. This dog and stroller friendly race begins and ends at historic Alhamabra Hall overlooking the Charleston Harbor.

Flighted- A Beer Festival with Purpose

Oysters for Autism

Date: Sunday, Nov. 10
Time: 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Location: Bowen’s Island Restaurant, 1870 Bowen’s Island Rd., Charleston
Cost: $30 adults, $15 kids in advance, children under 3 are free, Tickets go up to $35 on the day of the event

Tickets include all you can eat oysters, other food and non-alcoholic drinks. Beer and wine are available for purchase. The event will feature live music and a silent auction to benefit the Lowcountry Autism Foundation.
