What you need to know about Mount Pleasant’s Holiday Weekend!

Family Yuletide in the Stableyards

The clock is ticking on the amount of time you have left to shop for Christmas presents ahead of the big holiday. Those with the Town of Mount Pleasant are helping you to check items off of your list, and have a little holiday fun with their Holiday Weekend! Middleton Place is hosting its annual Family Yuletide Event. You can gather the family and make nature-inspired holiday decorations. The blacksmith, potter, cooper, and seamstress will be plying their trades in candle-lit shops and interacting with guests about their roles at Middleton Place in the 18th century. Additionally, a live nativity scene will take place including several animals from the Stableyards. And you can eat, drink, and be merry at this event with seasonal refreshments provided.

Here’s what you need to know about the event:

The event takes place this Saturday, December 8 at the Middleton Place Stableyards.

Tickets are $15 for adults, and $5 for children ages 4 – 13. Children ages three and under are free.

The event runs from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
