Taco Bell to launch a cheesy fiesta hotel

Taco Bell has long sung the praises of their late night “Fourth Meal” and now you can get it as room service.

That’s right, the American Tex-Mex overlords are launching their very own hotel and resort. Decked out with everything from a salon to happy hours and surprise poolside snacks, the folks behind the Nachos BellGrande want to make sure you have a Baja Blast this summer.

“The Bell stands to be the biggest expression of the Taco Bell lifestyle to date. It will be fun, colorful, flavorful and filled with more than what our fans might expect,” Taco Bell’s Chief Global Brand Officer Marisa Thalberg said in a press release. “Also, just like some of our most sought-after food innovation, this hotel brings something entirely new for lucky fans to experience and enjoy.”

The fast-food paradise will pop up in Palm Springs, CA, for a limited time starting in August of this year. Any quesadilla fans who want to make the trek can sign up on the Bell Hotel website for an alert when reservations go live in June. Looks like a certain music festival has some competition as the biggest and best attraction in the Coachella Valley.

The Taco Bell Hotel news comes shortly after the launch of the Taco Shop, an online storefront that offers taco-themed summertime swag like bathing suits, beach towels, coolers, and even a pool float that looks like a sauce packer. Can’t snag something before you hit the road? Don’t worry, all the taco gear will be available in the Bell Hotel gift shop.

Fair warning for the younger Bell Heads out there, you must be 18-years-old to visit the Taco Bell Hotel.
