It’s a delicious collaboration of three local restauranteurs! The team behind Saltwater Cowboys on Shem Creek, Wade Boals, Brett Yearout and Joel Olindo are back again with a new downtown eatery boasting an “elevated dining experience serving upscale-casual dishes sure to hook locals and tourists alike.” Hooked Seafood, located at 24 North Market Street, will be open for dinner and Happy Hour at 4 p.m. daily starting Tuesday, March 26th.
Hooked features Charleston inspired seafood and land favorites with a modern twist. Dishes like She Crab Soup, Whole Friend Local Snapper, Cast Iron Bone-In Ribeye and Buttermilk Fried Chicken fill out a menu of decadent starters, salads, Lowcountry favorites and Southern Seafood. Executive Chef Thad Stuckey brings 18 years of experience, including time at O-ku and other Charleston hot spots.
In addition to the local menu, Hooked offers a chic dining atmosphere, expansive bar and an open bay door allowing diners to experience the highly-coveted Charleston breeze. As a family with Lowcountry roots, Hooked will feature art from local artists and always strives to use locally sourced seafood and produce.
