Moe’s to celebrate back to school with giveaway for teachers

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Lowcountry Weekend) - Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurants will offer a freebie to Lowcountry teachers in time for their return to the classroom starting on Friday.

Lowcountry teachers, school staff members and administrators can use the code Back2SchoolBOGO at any Charleston or Dorchester County Moe’s location via the Moe’s app. The code enables them to buy one burrito or bowl and receive a second for free.

“We know that our local educators often have to rely on their own money to supply students and classrooms with necessary resources,” spokesperson Katie Parker said. “Moe’s hopes this small gift will highlight the gratitude and thanks we have for their hard work and dedication.”

The offer runs through Aug. 22.
