Toast Under the Oaks returns to Johns Island County Park

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Lowcountry Weekend) - Enjoy live music, drinks and food at Johns Island County Park this September.

Toast Under the Oaks returns for two Thursdays, Sept. 1 and Sept. 15.

The events run from 5 - 7 p.m. and will feature different food trucks and live music each night.

On Sept. 1, park goers will hear music from Gracie Trice and can purchase food from Kees Kitchen and Mac Daddy.

On Sept. 15, Noah Grove will perform and food will be available from True Lowcountry and Xperience Kulture.

Admission to each event is $20 in advance and $25 the day of the event. Admission includes beer and wine.

Registration for ages 21 and up is available until 11:59 p.m. the day before the event. Guests ages 20 and under are welcome with a paid chaperone. A valid ID is required for alcohol.

Park officials say outside alcohol is prohibited, but guests can bring outside food.

Dogs must remain leashed during the event unless inside the off-leash dog park.

Guests are encouraged to bring tables, blankets and chairs.
