Firefly Distillery hosting its Fall Food Truck Festival Saturday

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (Lowcountry Weekend) - You can enjoy food from a choice of about 20 Lowcountry food trucks this Saturday in North Charleston.

Firefly Distillery, South Carolina’s oldest working distillery, is hosting its Fall Food Truck Festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“They’ll probably be 3,000-4,000 people out here with great food, great cocktails,” Firefly Distillery co-owner Scott Newitt said.

Food truck menus will range from vegan to seafood, barbecue to eclectic fare.

The event is being held at Firefly Distillery, located at 4201 Spruill Ave. in Park Circle.

Newitt encouraged people to bring their weather gear just in case of rain. You can check the Live 5 First Alert Weather app before you head out.
