Kids can enjoy a ‘crafternoon’ at the Hanahan Library

HANAHAN, S.C. (Lowcountry Weekend) - The Berkeley County Library System is hosting kids’ craft time at its Hanahan branch.

Kids ages 3-10 will have a chance to make a pinecone birdfeeder or paint an autumn leaf ornament between 2 and 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Then, on Oct. 19 kids can create a Q-tip skeleton or paint a spooky Halloween decoration.

Crafting materials will be provided by the library and coloring sheets for younger children will also be available.

The library plans to continue “crafternoon” in November and December but has not announced the projects or dates.
