NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (Lowcountry Weekend) - A celebration of Charleston’s Latin and Caribbean cultures returns to Wannamaker County Park this weekend.
Charleston County Parks’ Latin American Festival will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The event features authentic music, art, food and activities inspired by cultures and traditions from Latin America and the Caribbean.
Live music will fill the air featuring artists like Eddy Kbrera, Furia Tropikal and Karlos Rosé. The festival will include a live performance from the Buen Aché Dance Company and a salsa dance contest with DJ Luigi Bravo.
Admission to the festival is $10. Discounted $5 tickets are available for students and military members with a valid ID.
Gold Pass holders and children 12 and under are free.
