Love hosting Thanksgiving but not cooking? These restaurants are ready to help!

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Lowcountry Weekend) - If you love Thanksgiving dinner, the first thing that probably comes to mind is that big spread of food. But if you’re the one who cooks it, you might not be quite as excited about the big day’s approach!

Restaurants around the Lowcountry are announcing their Thanksgiving dinner deals for families who’d rather host the big dinner but have someone else do the cooking.

This list will be updated as additional restaurants announce their Thanksgiving dinner order options:

82 Queen

82 Queen is offering pre-ordering for its Thanksgiving meal with a whole herb roasted turkey along with collard greens, sausage and sage stuffing, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. You can order the feast at 82 Queen’s website and you can then pick up the meal on Thanksgiving Day between 10 a.m. and noon at 82 Queen’s sister restaurant Jalisco, located at 1271 Folly Rd.

The last day to place orders is Nov. 20.

Golden Corral

Golden Corral, the nation’s leading buffet brand is making plans for a festive holiday. Through Jan. 8, the chain will reintroduce a smorgasbord of limited-time holiday favorites that include freshly carved cuts of roasted turkey, glazed ham and a new Holiday Beef Roast that can be paired with traditional sides such as mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce and stuffing.

With its Holiday Feast-To-Go, Golden Corral will do the cooking so you don’t have to. Share ready-to-eat meals made for 6-8 people with many of the same buffet options, including whole pumpkin and pecan pies. You can now pre-order online through the Golden Corral app with curbside pickup and delivery.

Metro Diner

Metro Diner is serving up Heat & Serve Holiday Feasts To-Go! Guests will select Baked Ham or Roasted Turkey that is paired with delicious sides including creamy mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, Hawaiian dinner rolls and savory cornbread stuffing or macaroni & cheese. These feasts come cold to be heated up at home and can be customized to serve a party of one, four or eight!

Pre-orders will be accepted through Nov. 21 and pickup times are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 22 and Nov. 23, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

When guests place pre-orders starting November 1 through December 22, they qualify for the diner’s Certified Crowd Fulfiller gift card offer: Order $250 in catering and get a $20 gift card; order $400 or more and get a $50 gift card.

Ms. Rose’s

Ms. Roses in West Ashley is offering its Family Thanksgiving Meal, which will feed 6-8 people. You can enjoy a whole house smoked turkey, turkey gravy, zesty orange cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, extra creamy mashed potatoes, classic green bean casserole, collard greens, soft dinner rolls with whipped butter, and your choice of pumpkin or apple pie.

Thanksgiving Meal orders must be placed by Nov. 17 for a Nov. 23 pickup date. For earlier pickup dates, you must place orders 72 hours in advance. Ms. Rose’s will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
