Burger King offering Whopper made from plants

Impossible Whopper

It’s not impossible to eat plant-based at Burger King! The Impossible Whopper, made with a plant-based patty, is now offered at the fast-food burger chain. It’s 100% Whopper, but 0% beef. Sink your teeth into a flame-grilled patty made from plants topped with tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions on a sesame seed bun. Impossible patties are made of Soy Protein, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Potato Protein, and some other things that are hard to pronounce.

An Impossible Whopper at Burger King will cost you about $6, only a dollar more than The Whopper, yea the one made with beef.

The patty is flame-grilled in the same broiler used for beef and chicken, but you can request to have the patty microwaved instead of broiled, that way it’s prepared in a separate cooking area. This guilt-free burger is being offered for a limited time at all Burger King locations.
