Frothy Fit Club

Grab your running shoes, and save some room for brews. Frothy Beard Brewing Company transforms into Frothy Fit Club every Tuesday. Those who participate can enjoy a 45-minute run at your own pace, followed by celebratory beers and pizza. The event kicks off from 7-8 p.m.

vino and vinyasa free yoga

If you’re not much of a runner, then you can enjoy a more laid back way to get fit this year. Vino and Vinvasa are offering free yoga classes at their brand new CorePower Yoga Charleston studio. Classses are free but you have to register for the classes. Whether you’re a beginner, or you can bend and twist around with no issues at all, all are welcomed to the class. The classes kick off March 1st. After class, you can stay and receive a $5 happy hour wine by the glass.

If you’re not that into wine, but you do enjoy a good brew or two, you can unwind in this “Yoga and Beer” class put on by the Tradesman Brewing Company. No experience is needed to join this class, and if you don’t have your own yoga mat, there will be some available for you to use.

Fleet Feet Pub Runs

This running club will make you earn your beer. The Fleet Feet Pub Runs are held every month. But don’t expect the same type of run as they will have a different theme and sponsor. The three- mile run begins and ends at various restaurants and pubs. Be sure to visit the website to access workouts in the Mount Pleasant or Summerville areas.

Salsa lessons

If you’re looking to spice up your workout routine, why not learn a new dance? Prohibition is hosting Salsa Tuesdays. There will be one hour of salsa lessons, then after you can enjoy live Cuban Jazz. The classes kick off at 8 and the party doesn’t end until midnight.
